Insulation pliers with a total length of 160mm.
Easy to use and extremely useful for both electricians and do-it-yourselfers.
Manufactured from chrome-vanadium (Cr-V) steel, in which the chromium used guarantees increased resistance of the steel to corrosion, oxidation and abrasion, while the addition of vanadium improves the overall properties of the steel, including resistance to high temperatures or deformation.
Adjustable jaw pressure for wire thicknesses from 0.5 to 5mm².
Total length of pliers is 160mm.
Equipped with expansion spring.
1.To strip the insulation, place the wire in the jaws, then press lightly and adjust the height with the knob.
2.Once adjusted, tighten the lock nut and you will have repeatability on wires of the same diameter.
3.When stripping, clamp the previously adjusted jaws onto the wire, then rotate the pliers in both directions to cut the outer insulation and pull to strip.
